Axis Services in Hyderabad is hiring a BPO Recruiter for day shift. Female candidates with 3 months to 1 year in recruitment are welcome. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Freshers earn 13,000–15,000 take-home plus incentives, with first 3 months up to 25,000 take-home and incentives. From month 4, salary increases based on performance and incentives continue.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Candidates with experience in BPO/IT recruitment are preferred.
• Female candidates only as per job posting.

Mansioni

• Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with candidates through the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and data.
• Achieve recruitment and joining targets.

BPO RECRUITER | Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Day Shift

Gender: Female Only

Experience: Minimum 3 months to 1 year in Recruitment

Salary:

Freshers : 13,000 to 15,000 Take-Home + Incentives

First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives

From 4th Month: Salary will increase based on performance

Salary revision from the 4th month will be based on performance during the first 3 months.
