Job summary

Geese Hr And Business Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Leadership professional to drive showroom performance, exceed monthly revenue targets, and manage KPIs. You will recruit, train, and mentor showroom staff to maintain high service standards and productivity.

You will oversee showroom operations, visual merchandising, inventory control, promotions, and cash handling, ensuring brand standards and exceptional customer experiences while reporting key metrics to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales performance to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor showroom sales staff to maintain high service standards and productivity.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, handle escalated inquiries or complaints, and foster long-term relationships.
• Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, maintain operational standards, and enforce store safety protocols.
• Maintain premium showroom presentation, ensuring product displays, pricing tags, and promotional materials align with brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels, oversee inventory audits, prevent stock loss/shrinkage, and coordinate reorders with the supply chain team.
• Analyze daily sales reports, track staff performance, and report metrics and trends to senior management.
• Execute in-store promotional campaigns, discount events, and product launches to boost showroom footfall.
• Oversee daily cash handling, till reconciliations, and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Conduct continuous product training sessions to ensure staff can upsell confidently.
