Job summary

Cielo is hiring a recruiter in Gurugrm, India to lead intake meetings with hiring managers, shape position specs using market data, and build proactive talent pipelines. You will collaborate with internal teams to create recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies, evaluate candidates against requirements, and keep applicants engaged with timely updates.
