Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Commercial Hiring and Life Sciences to lead the recruitment process and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

You will source top talent, develop strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Analytics, and mentor other recruiters, ensuring a positive candidate experience with timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting for Commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Analytics) and Life Sciences/Healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define roles and timing.
• Develop sourcing strategies across Commercial functions.
• Screen and present high-quality candidate slates.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and recommendations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience.

As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout therecruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on deliveringexceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultativedirection and industry expertise to hiring leaders. You will act as a mentor for Recruitersand other team members.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and market conditions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across Commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, and Service Sales.
• Screen and assess candidates, presenting high-quality candidate slates and building proactive talent pipelines.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR to develop competitive offer recommendations.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members, sharing recruiting best practices and market knowledge.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (orequivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPOor agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics relatedto talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for Commercial functions, including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and Leadership roles.
• Experience within MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical industries preferred.
