Job summary

Teamified in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple vacancies. You will collaborate with hiring managers and clients to identify requirements, screen candidates, and manage interviews and offers.

You will drive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases, while maintaining strong candidate relationships and meeting recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and skillsets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience working with recruitment targets and performance metrics.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer and placement.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
• Assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
• Prepare and present high-quality candidate profiles to clients.
• Coordinate client interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records within the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics including interviews, submittals, client interviews, offers, and placements.
• Manage multiple roles and priorities while meeting timelines.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market feedback.
• Support offer negotiations and ensure a smooth candidate experience through joining.
