Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding. You will partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and build strong candidate pipelines across channels.

Responsibilities include conducting competency-based interviews, driving employer branding, and analyzing metrics to ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely closures.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor consultant performance and cost efficiency.
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk hiring drives as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards/reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• Experience: 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors).
• Proven record in bulk hiring and lateral hiring at scale.
