Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional in Navi Mumbai to lead end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will partner with department heads to forecast manpower, build strong pipelines through portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting, and conduct competency-based interviews to ensure cultural fit.

The role requires bulk and lateral hiring experience, strong stakeholder management, and a hands-on approach with ATS platforms and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors).
• Proven record in bulk hiring and lateral hiring at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads and business leaders to forecast and plan manpower requirements.
• Leverage multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and headhunting) to build strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure alignment with organizational values and role requirements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely closures.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor consultant performance and cost efficiency.
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk hiring drives as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards/reports.
