Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding. You will partner with department heads to forecast manpower needs and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will conduct competency-based interviews, drive employer branding, and ensure timely closures while managing vendor relationships and cost efficiency. Campus hiring and bulk hiring drives are part of the remit.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• 58 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in design, retail, real estate, or startup sectors).
• Proven record in bulk hiring and lateral hiring at scale.

• Manage vendor relationships and monitor consultant performance and cost efficiency.
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk hiring drives as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards/reports.
