Job summary

Theobroma Foods in Mumbai (Maharashtra) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for kitchen roles across India, including Commi, Chef, and kitchen staff. The role emphasizes bulk hiring and coordinating with operations for timely staffing.

You will manage onboarding, induction, and documentation, ensuring smooth joining experiences across locations, and collaborate with vendors for blue-collar and frontline hiring in a fast-paced QSR/F&B

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in talent acquisition and full recruitment life cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English proficiency essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and QSR/F&B industry preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and bulk hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for kitchen hiring across India including Commi, Chef, Kitchen staff and support functions.
• Manage bulk hiring of 50-70+ staff across pan India for kitchens in a month.
• Adept in maximizing different sourcing channels.
• Work with operations and business heads to forecast manpower requirements for Central Kitchen pan-India.
• Handle onboarding, induction and documentation for smooth joining across locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and external staffing agencies for blue-collar and frontline hiring.

Job description

Note: 6 days WFO role

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for kitchen hiring across India including Commi, Chef, Kitchen staff, and support functions like housekeeping etc
• Manages bulk hiring of 50-70+ staff across pan India for kitchens in a month
• Adept in maximising different sourcing channels
• Work with operations and business heads to forecast manpower requirements and ensure timely staffing for Central Kitchen on pan India basis
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation, ensuring smooth joining experiences across locations
• Coordinate with vendors and external staffing agencies for blue-collar and frontline hiring

Education and Experience:

• 3-6 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition i.e full recruitment life cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is essential).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• A proactive, results-oriented attitude and a willingness to handle high-volume activity
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
• Candidate from QSR and F&B industry only. Bakery hiring preferred
