Job summary

Bean HR Consulting is seeking an Executive - Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring for our Central Kitchen operations across India. The role focuses on QSR/F&B recruitment, with emphasis on kitchen and frontline roles and high-volume hiring.

The ideal candidate will manage bulk recruitment, build scalable sourcing channels, and coordinate with Operations and hiring managers to meet aggressive TATs across multiple locations in India.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in QSR/F&B/hospitality or related industries.
• Experience handling 50-100 kitchen hires per month.
• Experience hiring for Commis, Chef, Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping and frontline roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Central Kitchen hiring across India.
• Drive bulk hiring of 100+ kitchen and frontline employees per month across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with Operations and Business Heads to forecast hiring needs for new kitchen/outlet launches.
• Develop and maximise sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, social media, vendors and walk-ins.
• Handle onboarding, induction, joining documentation and smooth joining experience across locations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and dashboards with status updates.

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive - Recruitment to drive end-to-end hiring for our Central Kitchen operations across India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in QSR/F&B recruitment, particularly in kitchen and frontline hiring, and should be comfortable managing high-volume/bulk recruitment requirements across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Central Kitchen hiring across India, including Commis, Chefs, Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping and other support/frontline roles.
• Drive bulk hiring of 100+ kitchen and frontline employees per month across multiple locations.
• Partner with Operations and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and forecast hiring needs for existing and new kitchen/outlet launches.
• Develop and maximise multiple sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, social media, vendors, staffing agencies, walk-ins and local sourcing.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening and interview coordination to offer rollout and joining.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure positions are closed within defined TATs.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction and joining documentation, ensuring a smooth joining experience across locations.
• Coordinate with external recruitment/staffing vendors and agencies for blue-collar and frontline hiring.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring dashboards and provide regular updates on open positions, closures, joining status and manpower gaps.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for kitchen and frontline roles across key locations in India.
• Leverage ATS and recruitment technology effectively for candidate tracking, database management and hiring process optimization.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably from the QSR, F&B, Hospitality or Food industry.
• Strong exposure to bulk/high-volume hiring, preferably handling 50-100 kitchen hires per month.
• Experience hiring for roles such as Commis, Chef, Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping and other frontline/support positions.
• Bakery recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of multiple sourcing channels and the ability to build candidate pipelines at scale.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment trackers and bulk hiring processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
• Candidates with a long notice period are not preferred due to the urgent hiring requirement.
