🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Manage recruitment for sales roles (Executives → Team Leaders)
• Partner with Sales Managers to understand hiring needs
• Source candidates via portals, social media, references & field hiring
• Drive bulk, mass, and retail hiring with speed & efficiency
• Screen candidates & coordinate interviews
• Manage offer-to-joining & ensure smooth candidate experience
