Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in India is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to drive RPO engagements. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead leadership, non-IT, manufacturing and executive hiring, while mapping markets and heads hunting.

You will ensure regular dashboards, data-driven decisions, and align sourcing with business objectives; act on feedback; communicate process benefits to clients; conduct confidential interviews and references; be a single contact for

Responsibilities

• Develop strong and constructive relationships with the stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in Leadership hiring, Non IT hiring, Manufacturing Hirings, Executive hirings, Market mapping, head hunting and market intelligence.
• Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards with data driven decisions on future requirements.
• Formulate strategy on future recruitments and ensure sourcing is aligned with business objectives.
• Actively seek and act on feedback to drive optimum solutions for both parties.
• Communicate Taggds ethics and compliance to client and ensure zero deviations.
• Communicate Taggd process and benefits to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings.
• Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
• Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise pertaining to the RPO team
