Job summary

RentoMojo in Kolkata is seeking a Recovery Executive to facilitate the collection of outstanding payments and contact clients to recover dues.

You will drive collection activities, follow up via phone and email, maintain a transactions database, and help improve collection strategies while ensuring quality customer service.

Looking back, Rentomojo has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer, they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm, they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.
