Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India invites applications for the Record To Report - Process Lead / SME role. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with 5–10 years of relevant experience in a multinational BPO or captive setup, strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, and hands-on RTR skills including journals and month-end close.

Proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP and familiarity with balance sheet tools are required to ensure accurate reporting and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core accounting, accounting standards / IFRS / GAAP
• Hands-on experience in Journals, Month End, Balance Sheet reconciliations

Responsibilities

• Core RTR experience (Journals, Bank Recs, Reporting, Balance Sheet Recs)
• Proficiency in core accounting, IFRS, GAAP
• Expert understanding of Revenue Accounting, PPE, Variance Analysis, TB and B/S commentary
• Hands on in Journal, Month End activities, Book close
• SAP/Oracle Accounting ERPs experience
• Balance sheet tools like Blackline, Trintech
• Work allocation and exception resolution
• Month close review meetings with business and retained accounting team
• Liaise with UK clients for queries and timely responses
• Partner with colleagues to deliver high quality service

Key Responsibilities

• Work allocation, managing exceptions, resolving queries,
