Job summary

Nua is seeking a detail-oriented logistics data professional to join its operations team in Mumbai. The role focuses on maintaining an invoice-line-item repository, tracking delivery attributes, and managing POD data to streamline discussions between accounts receivable and payables teams.

The candidate will reconcile GRNs using PODs, manage real-time delivery statuses, and extract reports from vendor dashboards to monitor fulfillment metrics.

Responsibilities

• GRN & POD reconciliation by reviewing actual and POD documents.
• Maintain a real-time, line-item level delivery status repository.
• Navigate vendor dashboards (Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto) to extract reports and track metrics.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance to resolve disputes and close invoices.

About the Role:

This role sits at the crucial junction between our internal supply chain and our customers & supply chain networks. You will be responsible for maintaining an invoice-line-item level repository, tracking delivery operational attributes (clean deliveries, customer space constraints, transit leakages, missing inventory, or documentation errors) and managing a complete Proof of Delivery (POD) database to streamline the discussions with internal accounts receivables & customer’s account payables teams.

Key Responsibilities:

GRN &; POD Reconciliation: Validate or challenge customer GRNs using physical/digital Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to flag off and dispute discrepancies with logistics partners or clients.

Repository & Data Management: Maintain a real-time, line-item level repository of delivery statuses, noting operational exceptions such as delivery delays, delivery shortages, GRN errors, paperwork mismatches

Vendor Portal Management: Navigate customer dashboards (Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.) to extract reports, upload claims, and track fulfillment metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with warehouse operations, logistics providers, and finance teams to resolve delivery disputes and clear pending invoices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced MS Excel: Proficiency in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, and handling large data sets.

Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of revenue recognition, debit/credit notes, and ledger

adjustments related to inventory discrepancies.

E-commerce & Quick-Commerce Experience: Direct experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or dispatch monitoring within Ecomm or Qcomm ecosystems.

O2C Process Mastery: Deep working knowledge of PO-to-Invoice and Invoice-to-GRN cycles, along with POD-based reconciliation.
