Job summary

THE Neemland in India seeks a focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound inquiries, explain project details, and convert calls into site visits. You will manage follow-ups, handle inbound calls, and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM, delivering warm, professional service to walk-in customers and channel partners.

The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to verify partner information.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to inquiries received through agencies, advertisements, website, referrals, and other lead sources
• Explaining basic and brief project details including location, flat type, price range, availability, and possession status
• Converting telephonic inquiries into site visit appointments
• Managing follow-ups and recall of leads in case of non-appearance for site visits
• Handling inbound calls and providing accurate project information
• Updating all call status, remarks, and customer details accurately in the Company-provided CRM
• Providing warm and professional welcome to walk-in customers and Channel Partners (CPs)
• Attending inbound phone inquiries politely and professionally
• Filling and updating walk-in customer details accurately in the Company-provided CRM
• Completing full CP forms and verifying Channel Partner authenticity where applicable
