Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented Gym Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the gym. From coordinating trainers and schedules to handling member inquiries and supporting package sales, you'll be the go-to person keeping the gym running smoothly

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-desk and gym operations.
• Track trainer attendance, schedules and session completion.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2+ years of experience in front desk, centre operations, administration, hospitality, fitness or similar roles.

• Street-smart, proactive and solution-oriented - someone who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
• Comfortable with basic sales/conversion and recommending relevant packages to potential members.
• Growth mindset with the willingness to learn, take on more responsibility and grow with the gym.
