Unnati Anam Consultancy is hiring for LEL Fitness to recruit a proactive Gym Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operations at the onsite Mumbai gym. You will coordinate trainers, manage schedules and support member onboarding and package sales.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in front desk, hospitality or fitness operations, strong communication, ownership mindset, and a willingness to grow with the gym.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in front desk, centre operations, administration, hospitality or fitness roles.
• Excellent communication with members.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Ability to sell memberships and relevant packages.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily front-desk and gym operations.
• Track trainer attendance and session completion.
• Coordinate trainer/member schedules and ensure sessions run smoothly.
• Handle walk-ins, calls and inquiries and convert them into memberships.
• Communicate with members, trainers and vendors as required.
• Address day-to-day operational issues and ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain basic records, attendance and operational reports.
• Support the team in creating a welcoming, well-managed gym environment.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Gym Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the gym. From coordinating trainers and schedules to handling member inquiries and supporting package sales, you’ll be the go-to person keeping the gym running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in front desk, centre operations, administration, hospitality, fitness or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak to members and handle inquiries.
• Street-smart, proactive and solution-oriented — someone who can take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
• Comfortable with basic sales/conversion and recommending relevant packages to potential members.
• Growth mindset with the willingness to learn, take on more responsibility and grow with the gym.
