Key duties include following up on outstanding payments, coordinating with banks for home loan processing and disbursement, liaising with brokers for sales and payment coordination, and maintaining MIS reports to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of Real Estate experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in customer collections and follow-ups.
• Understanding of banking processes, loan documentation, and disbursements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reports.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About The Role
