Job summary

CENTOTECH SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive Senior Executive CRM Collections in Osman Nagar to manage post-sales collections and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the payment lifecycle in the real estate domain.

You will coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams, track payment milestones, negotiate payment plans, generate MIS reports, and ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM Collections, post-sales collections, or CRM in Real Estate.
• Experience in coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales collections from customers as per payment schedules.
• Track payment milestones and ensure timely follow-up on dues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and collection status in CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams on payments and agreements.
• Engage with customers via calls, emails, and meetings to collect dues.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve collection issues while maintaining relationships.
• Generate collection reports, aging analysis, and MIS for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and contracts.
• Support customers during post-sales, including documentation and handover.
• Escalate critical collection issues and recommend resolutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Executive CRM Collections to manage post-sales customer collections and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the payment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate collections, a good understanding of CRM processes, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales collections from customers as per payment schedules and company policies.
• Track customer payment milestones and ensure timely follow-up on due and overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, payment status, and collection updates in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to resolve customer queries related to payments and agreements.
• Engage with customers through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure smooth collection of dues.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve collection-related issues while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Generate collection reports, aging analysis, and MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and contractual obligations.
• Support customers during post-sales processes, including documentation, payment reminders, and handover-related activities.
• Escalate critical collection issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.

Required Skills Competencies

• Strong knowledge of CRM processes and customer lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 23 years of experience in CRM Collections, Post-Sales Collections, or Customer Relationship Management within the Real Estate sector.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.
• Familiarity with payment plans, customer agreements, registration processes, and possession/handover procedures.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific real estate CRM tools.
