About the Role

We are looking for a professional and driven Sales Manager with hands‑on experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate must be well‑versed with client handling, site visits, and channel partner activations, along with strong communication and follow‑up skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and activate Channel Partners (CPs) in nearby areas to generate quality leads.
• Handle client inquiries from the CRM and make outbound calls to schedule site visits.
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Showcase project details, pricing, amenities, and USPs to clients during site visits.
• Follow up with potential buyers regularly to drive conversions and closures.
• Maintain updated records of leads, visits, and follow‑ups in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly targets.
• Achieve performance‑based incentives linked to closures and overall target.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with client interaction, calling, and field activities.
• Must reside near Wanowrie / Vikas Nagar or be willing to relocate nearby.
• Professional attitude, result‑oriented approach, and strong follow‑up discipline.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales documentation.
