Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property with understanding of local market dynamics.
• Sales experience including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing transactions.
• Strong Negotiation skills to secure fair terms and resolve client concerns.
• Experience in Training or knowledge sharing within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse clients.
• Basic proficiency in using office productivity tools and maintaining digital property records.
• Prior experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; higher education in business, commerce, or real estate is an advantage.
