Job summary

Veradigm in Pune (Work from Office) is seeking a role focused on processing and tracking client payments and deposits. The position involves batching, scanning, indexing, and ensuring data accuracy within the Revenue Cycle Services operations.

Shift timings are 7:30PM – 4:30AM IST, with a focus on verifying EFT transactions and resolving discrepancies while supporting related departments.

Qualifications

• Meticulous payment processing with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to organize and prioritize payment processing tasks.
• Experience using EFT processes and verifying EFT transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Tracks discrepancies in the document storage system from charge batches that are missing information and sending back to the client.
• Pulls and re‑scans as needed for clarity.
• Enters applicable information accurately into document storage indexing fields.
• Identifies and reports any discrepancies for resolution.
• Supports transfer of information from the FTP site into the document storage system for processing.
• Supports the retrieval of information from client lockboxes for processing.
• Ensures prompt return and follow up to requests for information.

Job description

Ensures the efficient and accurate processing, batching, tracking, scanning and indexing of client payments and deposits. Ensures client payment data are accurate, proactively verifies electronic funds transfers, resolves payment batch integrity issues, and updates payment documentation. Supports the overall RCS Operations and Client Services departments by efficiently and effectively assisting related Revenue Cycle Services process and procedures.

Work Location: Pune (Work from Office). Shift timings: 7:30PM – 4:30AM IST.
