Job summary

Veradigm LLC is seeking an RCM Operations Support Processor in Pune for office-based work with a night shift (IST 7:30 PM–4:30 AM). You will handle processing, batching, scanning, and indexing of client payments and deposits, verify EFTs, and resolve batch issues while supporting Revenue Cycle Services.

Must be detail-oriented and capable of collaborating with teams. Responsibilities include data entry, discrepancy resolution, and document storage management.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of email, Internet search, payer websites, and Laserfiche.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to verify client payment data accurately and handle EFT processes.

Responsibilities

• Track discrepancies in the document storage system and notify clients for missing information.
• Re-scan and re-enter data to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Enter information into document storage indexing fields.
• Identify and report discrepancies for resolution.
• Support transfer of information from FTP to the document storage system.
• Assist retrieval of information from client lockboxes for processing.
• Ensure prompt responses to information requests and follow-ups.

Ensures client payment data are accurate, proactively verifies electronic funds transfers, resolves payment batch integrity issues, and updates payment documentation.
