Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Engineer/Sr. Engineer – EHS to monitor daily safety practices on construction sites, ensure compliance with safety policies and statutory regulations.

The role requires a BE in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical and safety certification, with 5–8 years in EHS on construction projects. The candidate will conduct safety inspections, lead toolbox talks, manage JSA and risk assessments, and coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to foster a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and mandatory safety certification or diploma.
• Diploma or certification in industrial or construction safety preferred.
• 5–8 years of EHS experience in construction projects, preferably high-rise buildings.
