PeopleStrong is seeking an Engineer/Sr. Engineer – EHS to oversee Environment, Health & Safety at our project site in Mumbai.

The role ensures daily safety practices, hazard identification, and regulatory compliance across construction activities including formwork, structural works, MEP, and finishing tasks. The incumbent will conduct safety briefings, implement JSA/risk assessments, and drive a strong safety culture with subcontractors and site teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) – Mandatory.
• Diploma / Certification in Industrial Safety / Construction Safety preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) in construction projects.
• Experience monitoring daily safety practices and ensuring compliance with safety policies.
