Job summary

Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) seeks an experienced ramp training professional to deliver and develop training aligned to DGCA and IATA requirements. This role involves classroom, simulator and on‑the‑job instruction, plus assessments and regulatory compliance.

You will create/update training materials, coordinate with Operations, and support audits and CAPA closures while traveling for multi-station coverage on a shift-based pattern.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years ramp experience; trainer/assessor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IATA AHM/IGOM, airport airside rules, DGCA CAR.
• Experience with multiple aircraft types and GSE.

• Conduct DG awareness sessions and remedial coaching.

Role Overview

Deliver and develop ramp operations training aligned to DGCA, BCAS, IATA AHM/IGOM and airline requirements.

• Deliver classroom, simulator and OJT training for ramp operations.
• Conduct DG awareness sessions and remedial coaching.
• Develop and update training materials per regulatory and airline standards.
• Conduct assessments, skill checks and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with DGCA/BCAS and support audit CAPA closures.
• Align training schedules with Operations; support on-stand observations.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5+ years ramp experience; trainer/assessor experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IATA AHM/IGOM, airport airside rules, DGCA CAR.
• Experience with multiple aircraft types and GSE.

Certifications

• Airside Safety/ADP, DG Awareness, First Aid/Fire Safety, TTT (preferred).
• Strong safety mindset, facilitation skills, practical ramp expertise.

Work Pattern

• Shift-based; travel for multi-station support
