• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, specification sales, or lighting industry
• Experience in functional areas of Automations / Production / Manufacturing / Operation / Engineering
• Provide technical support and detailed information to the Lafit team as needed.
• Manage customized orders and Quotation Submission
• Require to work in Local/overseas construction sites
• Installation Videos / Manuals
• FAQs
• All marketing collaterals for new product to be provide to Marketing Team
• Conduct comprehensive research and development activities, including market studies and needs analysis for proposed products/styles.
• Product training sessions to the sales coordinators.

Responsibilities

To provide effective technical and R&D support for automation and lighting products by assisting internal teams and customers with product knowledge, customized solutions, installation guidance, and technical documentation. The role aims to support product development, enhance customer satisfaction, coordinate technical training, and contribute to the successful execution of automation projects and new product initiatives.
