• Regularly track and update the Retail Branding tracker with new requirements regarding marketing collaterals from the sales team
• Coordinating with the sales coordinator, dispatch teams & couriers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise items for retail events (electrician nukkad meets)
• Needs to coordinate with the HR team and create a list on the 1st of every month for the upcoming birthdays/work anniversaries / new joinees / festivals and assign to the graphic designer to create all creatives at once in the start of the month itself so that work is not interrupted in the rest of the month
• Collect relevant brand data for all internal processes (past exhibitions, lafit stores across India, customer testimonials, lafit projects done by sales team, etc)
• Data validation & verification for regular website updation (products / projects)
• Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, emails, website contact form responses), assigning leads to the respective sales person and following up on the same to ensure timely response
• Capturing the customer data and feeding into the CRM tracker
