Job summary

Radial Hr Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an R&D Team Leader to oversee API/Active Ingredient synthesis projects in agrochemical R&D.

Candidates with a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and 3-5 years, or MSc with 12-15 years, will lead process development, optimization, validation and scale-up from lab to pilot plant. Prior Agrochemical or Pharmaceutical exposure is preferred, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams will be key.

Qualifications

• Experience in process development, optimization, validation and scale-up of chemical processes from laboratory to pilot plant.
• Prior experience in Agrochemical or Pharmaceutical R&D is required or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development, optimization, validation and scale-up activities for API synthesis.
• Mentor and manage R&D team members across projects in Agrochemical/Pharmaceuticals.
• Collaborate with QA, manufacturing and project teams to ensure scalable, compliant processes.
