Job summary

Venus Placement Services is seeking a chemist to conduct laboratory-scale synthesis for API development and to optimize synthetic routes and manufacturing processes. The role requires collaboration with the Analytical/QC team for HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR, and related analyses.

The candidate will follow GMP/GLP/EHS protocols, perform process optimization, and support scale-up activities from lab scale to pilot/production. This is an on-site position in India.

Qualifications

• Follow GMP, GLP, GLC, EHS and laboratory safety procedures.
• Perform process optimization and troubleshooting to improve yield and product quality.
• Support scale-up activities from laboratory scale.

Responsibilities
