Job summary

Oneiro Lifecare in India is seeking a Research Specialist to perform laboratory experiments for API synthesis and process development, coordinating with Analytical R&D for sample analysis and method development.

You will conduct literature searches, optimize reaction conditions for scalable manufacturing, and ensure GLP/GMP compliance while supporting technology transfer during scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory experiments for API synthesis and process development.
• Coordinate with Analytical R&D for sample analysis, impurity profiling, and method development.
• Interpret analytical data (HPLC, GC, NMR, IR, etc.).
• Prepare technical documents, development reports, batch records, and technology transfer documents.
• Support pilot plant and manufacturing during scale-up and validation batches.
• Investigate process deviations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Ensure GLP, GMP, EHS, and data integrity compliance.
• Work in rotational shifts to ensure continuous research and development activities.
• Conduct research and development for synthetic API molecules, Oncology and other complex areas.
