Job summary

NGL Fine Chem in Mumbai invites an experienced R&D leader to drive API synthesis from lab to commercial manufacturing. You will develop synthetic routes, optimize processes, and manage tech transfer and scale-up across multiple projects.

You will liaise with Production, QA/QC, Regulatory, and cross-functional teams to ensure GLP/GMP compliance, timely delivery, and cost reduction, while mentoring the R&D team and guiding audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• API industry experience in synthesis.
• Ability to lead R&D projects from lab to commercial manufacturing.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, QC, Regulatory, Procurement).
• Familiarity with GLP, GMP, EHS and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, EHS, and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the R&D team.
