Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) and develop resin formulations as per customer/business requirements.
• Design laboratory formulations and optimize raw material selection.
• Scale up successful lab formulations to pilot and commercial production.
• Prepare trial plans and maintain proper reaction parameters (pH, temperature, time, mole ratio, solids, viscosity).
• Provide technical support to production and resolve process-related issues.
• Ensure documentation: SOPs, batch records, trial reports, specs, test methods.
