Responsibilities

• Responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into the company or organization and overseeing the development of new products.
• Planning and organizing research activities and resolving procedural problems for timely completion of research objectives.
• Handling Research & Development projects and conducting multi-step synthesis.
• Analyzing organic & inorganic compounds to determine chemical & physical properties, composition, structure, relationships & reactions, utilizing chromatography, spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction techniques.
• Developing and implementing experimental procedures for carrying out analysis of processes.
