Job Description

R&D Engineer Embedded Firmware & Power Electronics

Salary Package: 10-15 LPA

Educational Qualification:

• - B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or a related field.

Experience:

• - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development, preferably in inverter, UPS, voltage stabilizer, or power electronics manufacturing companies.

. Required Technical Skills

• - Strong proficiency in Embedded C and bare-metal programming.
• - Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as Microchip/Atmel (dsPIC, PIC16/18), STMicroelectronics (STM8/STM32), Holtek, or TI C2000.
• - Strong understanding of PWM generation, ADC sampling, timer interrupts, and I2C/SPI/UART communication protocols.
• - Experience in inverter firmware, stabilizer control card programming, and embedded system debugging.
• - Proficiency in laboratory instruments such as Digital Storage Oscilloscopes (DSO), power analyzers, AC/DC electronic loads, and variacs.
• - Ability to perform firmware testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and hardwaresoftware integration.

. Preferred Additional Skills

• - Familiarity with applicable Indian standards, including IS 8472, IS 9815, and relevant BIS requirements.
• - Experience in product development, firmware optimization, and production-level implementation.
• - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
