We are looking for a motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team. The role involves working on the design, simulation, and development of power electronic converters and control systems. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and analysis of power electronic converters
- Support development and testing of closed-loop control systems
- Perform simulations using industry-standard tools
- Participate in hardware build-up, testing, and debugging activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research and development tasks
- Document design findings, test results, and technical reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of power converter topologies and control techniques
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, LTSpice, or equivalent
- Exposure to hardware build-up and laboratory testing is highly desirable
- Interest in learning closed-loop control systems for power electronic converters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills with a self-driven and learning-oriented mindset
Skills
- Exposure to embedded programming in C/C++
- Familiarity with DSP controllers such as TI C2000 series
- Understanding of real-time control implementation
