Job summary

ABB in Nashik seeks an experienced R&D Engineer to contribute to Low Voltage switchgear technology across the full product lifecycle. You will work independently within cross-functional teams to deliver robust designs and documentation.

You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, maintain design integrity, and support continuous improvement and IP activities while adhering to project targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 5 years in R&D or engineering projects in Low Voltage Switchgear.
• Knowledge of IEC 61439-2 standards.
• Experience with 2D/3D drawings and BOMs.
• Strong English communication in a global team.
