Qualifications

• B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering.
• 8 to 12 years in technical support for switchgear/circuit breakers.
• Awareness of MV switchgear and circuit breakers.
• Ability to understand electrical drawings (SLD/GA).
• Familiarity with type testing processes and standards interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as interface linking customers with sales, operations and R&D.
• Provide customer support for technical queries.
• Guide customers on type test scope and compliance needs.
• Support preparation and sharing of type test documents.
• Conduct process audits at Customer Factory.
• Handle technical issue troubleshooting and close gaps with stakeholders.
• Build standard responses/FAQs for recurring queries.
