Dolphin Inks is seeking an experienced R&D chemist to lead development of new ink formulations for Gravure, Flexo, Offset and UV applications at the Nashik plant. The role requires strong skills in formulation, lab testing and data documentation, with a focus on improving product performance.

Candidates should have 3–7 years in ink/paint/resin R&D and hold an M.Sc Chemistry or B.Tech in Paint Technology/Polymer Technology. Industry-specific experience and cost optimization ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Formal education in chemistry or paint technology with R&D focus.
• 3–7 years of experience in ink/paint/resin R&D.
• Hands-on lab testing and data reporting are essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop new ink formulations for Gravure, Flexo, Offset, and UV.
• Evaluate raw materials and optimize costs.
• Conduct lab and pilot trials and scale up to production.
