Job summary

JobItUs in Vatva – Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced R&D Chemist to drive research and development of new chemical processes. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in organic synthesis and process development.

You will scale lab work to pilot and production, handle distillation and autoclave operations, and maintain rigorous documentation. Candidates should have 3–7 years of relevant experience and an MSc in Chemistry.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, name reactions, and spectral interpretation.
• Hands-on experience in process development and scale-up.
• Knowledge of pressure autoclave and fractional distillation.
• Good understanding of work-up, purification, and mass balance preparation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
