• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Chemical R&D/Laboratory/Process Development.
• Basic knowledge of chemical reactions, laboratory techniques, and analytical methods.

Responsabilités

• Assist in laboratory experiments, trials, and chemical synthesis activities.
• Support development and optimization of new chemical products/processes.
• Conduct experiments as per approved SOPs and laboratory procedures.
• Perform sampling, testing, analysis, and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Assist R&D team in pilot-scale and plant-scale trials.
• Prepare and maintain experimental reports, batch records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, and Process Engineering teams during trials.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and chemical handling procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.
• Analyze experimental results and communicate observations to senior R&D personnel.
• Support troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives.

Job Summary
