Job summary

Rudrabhishek Enterprises in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh seeks a qualified MEP Quantity Surveyor to support cost management for Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and ELV systems on high-rise projects. Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

To support MEP quantity surveying and cost management activities by preparing detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimates, measurement sheets, quantity reconciliation, variation statements, and contractor bill verification for Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing and other MEP services, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with project specifications, approved drawings and GFC documents.

Preferred candidate profile

High-rise Building Projects with strong experience in MEP quantity take-off, BOQ, rate analysis and contractor bill verification; working knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing & ELV systems; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel; ability to read GFC/IFC drawings, specifications and MEP coordination drawings.
