Responsibilities

• Perform MEP quantity take-off and measurement.

• Process RA and subcontractor billing; manage variations.
• Monitor cost control and project budgets against plans.

The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, billing, variations, subcontractor payments, and cost control to ensure the project is completed within the approved budget and timeline.
