TUV India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor & Billing professional for interiors of highrise buildings at Vijayawada. The role demands 8+ years of Civil experience after BE/BTech and prior involvement in high-rise and commercial projects.

You will develop PFR and DPR documents, prepare detailed estimates and tender packages, and manage BOQ and rate analyses while maintaining vendor records. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 8+ years of experience after BE / BTech Civil.
• Experience in High Rise & Commercial Buildings.
• Prepare Pre-Feasibility Report (PFR) and Detailed Project Report (DPR) with technical, financial, and operational details.
• Prepare estimates and cost compilation for all project components.
• Draft and finalize tender documents with project scope, technical specs, and contract requirements.
• BOQ preparation, quantity estimation and rate analysis; maintain vendor records; reduce wastage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Data Collection and Analysis Systematically collect and analyze data to support informed decision-making throughout the project. Preparation of Pre-Feasibility Report(PFR)
• Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) Develop a comprehensive DPR that includes all technical, financial, and operational details for project execution.
• Preparation of Estimates Accurately calculate and compile cost estimates for all project components to ensure budget alignment. Preparation of Tender Documents Draft and finalize tender documents that clearly define project scope, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
• BOQ preparation of Mini projects Estimation of quantities and Rate analysis of extra items Maintaining Vendor records. Reduction of wastages by reconciliation of steel and cement.
  Excellent Communication and presentation skills
