Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, or Billing.
• Experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
• Conduct site measurements and verify quantities.
• Prepare rate analyses, quotations, and budget comparisons.
• Manage client billing, subcontractor bills, and measurement sheets.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption, and variations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, design, and accounts teams.
• Track project expenses and minimize material wastage.
