Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine material and labor requirements.
• Prepare and evaluate contractor quotations, tender submissions, and comparative statements.
