Job summary

You will work closely with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule, with proficiency in BOQ, rate analysis, and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in construction estimation and billing.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
• Evaluate contractor bills and prepare payment certificates.
• Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare cost reports and financial statements for management.
• Assist in contract administration and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project timelines.
