Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in institutional/building projects (Government/Semi-Govt/Corporate Offices, IT parks, biotech parks, HEIs).
• Experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Cost Control, Tendering, Contract Administration, and Document Control for commercial building projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and estimates based on approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify quantities executed at site and certify contractor measurements.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost variations.
• Review contractor running account (RA) bills and final bills.
• Verify quantities, rates, and supporting documents submitted by contractors.
• Establish and maintain a document control system for all project records.
• Manage receipt, tracking, distribution, and archiving of drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.

We are seeking applications for the position of Quantity Surveyor /Billing and Document Controller for Design & PMC for Commercial project.

Missions/Main Duties

Profile/Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience institutional building / complex i.e. Government / Semi Government / Corporate Offices, IT enabled services, Biotech Park, Higher Education Institutions.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Cost Control, Tendering, Contract Administration, and Document Control for commercial building projects.
