Job summary

SYSTRA India is seeking a Site Architect for Design & PMC on commercial projects. You will supervise architectural works at the site, ensure adherence to approved drawings and design intent, and coordinate with Lead Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, and Contractors for smooth execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a minimum of five years’ experience in institutional/commercial projects, with hands-on supervision and coordination skills on-site.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Bachelor of Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional building / complex i.e. Government / Semi Government / Corporate Offices, IT enabled services, Biotech Park, Higher Education Institutions.
• Experience in construction supervision, architectural execution, and coordination for commercial building projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise architectural works at the project site and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Monitor day-to-day site activities related to architecture, finishes, façade works, and interior fitouts.
• Coordinate with Lead Architects, Structural Engineers, MEP Consultants, and Contractors for smooth project execution.
• Review and resolve site-related architectural issues and coordinate necessary design modifications.
• Review Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and ensure availability of latest revisions at site.
• Maintain records of drawings, RFIs, site instructions, and architectural approvals.
• Track project progress against approved schedules and report delays or potential risks.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of architectural milestones.
